Training

The Adserve Client Service team include experienced trainers with specialised media, production and accounting skills. They offer job-based training, designed to address situations encountered day-to-day.

Training takes place in your office, where there's easy access to all backup information.

Getting started
We first train you on setting up the system and getting the data on, and then train you on the main system only when you’re ready to go live.

Sessions are planned to coincide with departmental activities: so invoicing is trained about a month after the Adserve system has gone live, and at month end there's a session on financial reporting.

At every stage, we face the issues of a new system
with you.

We encourage you to develop your own in-house expert as your Adserve system administrator, so that minor queries and difficulties can be resolved quickly.
