The opening times of the Adserve Support Helpdesk and
Technical Services departments are:
Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
If you have a query outside these hours, you can
leave a voicemail, ask your question, or email ukadsupport@adserve.co.uk and
we will respond as soon as possible during the next working day.
Problem solving
When you experience problems, your first step should be to contact the Support Helpdesk or Technical Services: most queries are dealt with on that first call.
When you do call us, if we can’t solve the problem immediately we log the call on our support system and then it’s passed to the relevant department who will work on a solution. The Helpdesk will keep you informed of progress.
Where there's an urgent software problem we'll connect to your server via our secure Internet connection (where availiable) so we can diagnose the issue and organise a solution. Hardware faults are screened by our technical services team, who will, if necessary, contact the maintenance company, and monitor progress.
Whatever the problem, Adserve owns it until it's fixed.
