Get an ID

Access to some product and support resources on this site is limited to Adserve clients and requires a Web ID and password. If you already have a Web ID and a password, you can sign in.

No Web ID?
If you've never gotten a Web ID, you can request one easily. Just:

Contact your account representative at DDS, or
Send an e-mail to web.help@adserve.co.uk. Be sure to include your first/last name, company and office, and your telephone number. We'll send you an ID via e-mail in 24 hours or less.

Forgot your password?
If you have an ID but just forgot your password, enter your e-mail address in the box below and we'll send it to you in a note.
